Damaged or Defective Items Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Green Velvet Creative (Rachel@GreenVelvetCreative.Studio) showing proof of damage or defect no later than 15 days after delivery. Green Velvet will reach out for a replacement on your behalf. Lost Items For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at my expense. However, I am not responsible for shipping delays or orders lost by the carrier. Tracking is provided, if your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly. ​ Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). ​ Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). ​ Returns and Exchanges- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase in the case of damaged or defective products. Please note that made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. In order for items to be eligible for returns or exchanges, they must be in the same condition that you received them.
